The upgraded formula of Xili brand liquid nails is a solvent-based multi-purpose building adhesive with strong adhesion made of synthetic rubber, which can provide long-lasting and stable adhesion to most building materials.

The formaldehyde content of the product meets the national standards and meets the requirements of Hong Kong VOC regulations for multi-purpose building adhesives (VOC < 70g/L).

How to use:
Clean the bonding surface to ensure it is clean, dry, dust-free and oil-free.Cut the paper tube mouth, pierce the inner aluminum film, install the glue nozzle, cut the glue nozzle into an appropriate opening at a 45-degree angle (inner diameter width is about 5mm), and use a glue gun to squeeze out the liquid nails

Dry bonding method (suitable for dry porous and light materials)Squeeze out several rows of liquid nails on one side in a zigzag shape, with each row 40 cm apart, press the glued side to the bonding point, then gently pull it apart and wait for the glue to evaporate for a few minutes, then press the two sides together.

Wet bonding method (used with clamps, suitable for heavier materials)Squeeze out the liquid nails in a zigzag shape and bond them, then clamp or nail the bonding pig surface with clamps, nails or screws. After the glue dries (about 24 hours), remove the temporary fixtures and clamps.

Cleaning:Uncured - can be removed with turpentineCuring - sand or scrape with sandpaper

Application tips:Liquid nails can be moved or adjusted within 20 minutes after bondingThe bond strength will gradually increase and the best bonding effect will be achieved after 7 daysThe curing time will be extended accordingly when continuous low temperature, thick coating application, bonding wider areas or non-absorbent materialsPrevent spilled adhesive from contaminating the painted wood surface, otherwise the solvent in it will damage the paint film.
